Mastermind Program for Child Care Providers

For just $397 per month, participants will engage:

 1) In a monthly 90-minute Power Call that will feature :

 - A Topic of the Month: Brainstorming and Strategies

- Workplace Challenges: Open discussion on addressing gaps or stress points in the workplace;

- Assignments to be addressed within your personal  SUCCESS PORTAL.

NOTE: First group session begins on Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM (EST).

Note that depending on needs of group members, days and times off sessions may change upon

approval of all members of Mastermind group. Award-winning Master Coach Jerry Covella will

be facilitating the sessions. In addition to his well-documented work with businesses of all

sizes, Mr. Covella and his wife formerly owned two highly-respected child care facilities

in New Jersey for more than a decade. His personal perspective brings great value to

these success discussions.

2) The program allows attendees full access to their own personal SUCCESS PORTAL,

at no additional cost. This state-of-the-art online platform enables individuals to

3) Monthly private 1-to-1 sessions with Master Coach Jerry Covella.

to assist child care providers. These 30-minute sessions will allow attendees to discuss workplace challenges

4) Each attendee will also be provided access to a comprehensive TriMetrixEQ Assessment.

This personal assessment details the individual's communication and behavioral tendencies,

personal Driving Forces and Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EQ). This information is

critical in helping the individual in fully understanding 1) Who am I?; 2) How

am I perceived by others?; 3) How do I perceive others? This tool will provide the

foundation for enhanced communication within the workplace.
